Jennifer Oneil

Jennifer ONeil serves as the Board Secretary, HR and Compliance Officer at Water Safety Ireland since June 2021, contributing to the promotion of water safety in Ireland. With extensive experience as Principal and Chief Consultant at MM Consulting since August 2014, Jennifer specializes in legislative and health and safety compliance for SMEs. Previous roles include Cluster HR Manager for Windward Management at the Connemara Coast Hotel and McWilliam Park Hotel and HR positions at ACE Recruitment, Smyths Toys Superstores, and various hotel establishments. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Governance from the National University of Ireland, a Post Graduate Professional Certificate in Governance, and an Executive MBA from University of Galway, among others.
