Rodolphe Foucaud

Rodolphe Foucaud is an experienced professional in territorial development and energy project management, currently serving as Directeur développement foncier énergie at IRISOLARIS since March 2024. Prior to this role, Rodolphe held the position of Responsable foncier at VALOREM from March 2022 to March 2024. Rodolphe's extensive experience includes significant roles at SNCF as Responsable Projet Territorial, overseeing railway project coordination in Poitou-Charentes from September 2014 to February 2022, and at Réseau Ferré de France in various capacities, focusing on project studies and territorial management for high-speed rail lines from November 2003 to August 2014. Earlier positions include Chargé de Développement économique with the Communauté de Communes du Pays Montmorillonnais and Secrétaire Général for the Communauté de Communes du Pays de Stenay. Rodolphe holds a degree in MST Ingenierie Développement Territorial from Université de Bordeaux and completed training as an Auditeur at IHEDATE in 2020.
