Betsy Seale is an experienced professional in the fields of ecommerce, digital marketing, and growth strategy. Currently serving as Head of Growth at Iris&Romeo since June 2025, Betsy has previously held positions including Vice President of Digital at Herbivore Botanicals, Director of Growth at Cobble Hill, and Head of Ecommerce for the US at & Other Stories. Betsy’s extensive background also includes leadership roles at Frances Valentine, Flight 001, and DQ Company, with a strong foundation in product management and merchandising. Betsy's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management from North Carolina State University, along with studies at ACG YOOBEE School of Design.
