Carlos O. began their professional career in 2014 with iA Soft Grupo OESIA, where they completed a Work Placement and then a Junior Java Developer role. In 2016, they moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Software Developer and then to Serikat as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for developing and implementing a document manager in a Java platform for the Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas. In 2017, they joined IriusRisk by Continuum Security as a Quality Assurance Engineer and then a Senior QA Engineer, where they were responsible for developing a security risk management tool for software development.

Carlos O. completed their Bachillerato in Ciencias y tecnología at IES Luis Buñuel between 2010 and 2012. Afterwards, they obtained their Técnico informático in Grado Superior en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma (D.A.M.) at IES Santiago Hernández between 2012 and 2014. In November 2016, they obtained a certification in Recursos Humanos y Gestión de Personas from Divulgación Dinámica S.L.
