Francisco Luis de Andres has worked in a variety of roles in the cybersecurity field since 2002. From 2002-2006, they were the CEO, CIO, and CISO at La Gardenia Europa, where they were responsible for the technical department and related communication and technology projects. 🕵Francisco Luis was also a member of the executive team. From 2006-2014, they were the CEO, CIO, and CISO at Coneti Consultores SL. From 2014-2020, they were the CEO, CIO, EMEA, and LATAM at B-Scada Inc. From 2017-2021, they were the Cybersecurity Strategy & Technical Advisor at S21sec, where they were responsible for digital transformation, training staff, and implementing new tools and procedures. From 2020-2021, they were the Security Operations (SOC) Global Manager at Beam Suntory. In 2021, they were a Task Force Leader: SOC Playbooks and a Member of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Security Operations Centers at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA). 🕵Francisco Luis was also a Research Collaborator for CVSS 4.0 at FIRST.org and a Steering Committee Member at the MANUSEC Conference. Finally, they are currently the Global Head of Cybersecurity at IriusRisk.

Francisco Luis de Andres completed a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor Sc. Tecnologías de la Información para la Empresa from the University of Wales between 2015 and 2020. 🕵Francisco Luis also completed a Posgrade on ICS/SCADA Cybersecurity from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. between 2015 and 2016. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in I.T.
