Marc Life

Marc Life has worked in various roles in the customer success space since 2009. Marc'smost recent position is Senior Customer Success Manager at IriusRisk, a role they began in 2022. At IriusRisk, they work to "Shift Left" and build in security at the beginning of the software development process. Prior to this, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at PriceSpider from 2021 to 2022.

From 2016 to 2021, Marc worked at Equifax in various customer success roles. These included Customer Account Manager - Enterprise, Senior Customer Success Account Manager & Team Leader - Mid Tier Segment, and Customer Success Account Manager - SMB Segment. In these roles, they led client relationships development, evaluated new solutions, and collaborated with high-level executives. Marc also worked to troubleshoot the Equifax breach and lead a team of 5 Customer Success Managers.

Marc's first customer success role was at Microsoft, where they were a Product & Customer Success Advisor from 2009 to 2016. In this role, they created a large account channel of corporate, education, government, and medium size enterprise customers. Marc also managed new Microsoft cloud technology and client device refresh projects and ensured the design process was customer-centric.

Marc Life obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Arizona, followed by a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Learning Threat Modeling for Security Professionals from LinkedIn in September 2022.
