Marc Life has worked in various roles in the customer success space since 2009. Marc'smost recent position is Senior Customer Success Manager at IriusRisk, a role they began in 2022. Marc Life obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Arizona, followed by a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Learning Threat Modeling for Security Professionals from LinkedIn in September 2022.
