Andrey Glushkov is a Project Manager with extensive experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously across various roles. Currently at IRLIX since June 2021, Andrey oversees 3-4 projects with teams of about 20 individuals, focusing on pre-sale organization and roadmap preparation. Prior to IRLIX, Andrey held the position of Head of IT Projects at Graphene from February to June 2021, where responsibilities included client requirement analysis and team management for 4-5 projects. Achievements at Graphene include optimizing daily meeting processes and streamlining project timelines. Additionally, Andrey worked as a Project Manager at Forest Valley from August 2020 to February 2021, overseeing project documentation and team management while successfully leading a payroll and vacation tracking system project from inception to implementation. Andrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Ulyanovsk State University.
