Alan Sadler is a retired engineering leader with extensive experience in process development, quality assurance, and high-volume manufacturing across various industries, including automotive and aerospace. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Production Assurance Engineering at iRobot, overseeing global teams in quality and manufacturing engineering. Previously, Sadler held key positions at Texas Instruments and Sensata Technologies, where they contributed to significant advancements in manufacturing processes and new product development. An emeritus member of the Group Technical Staff, they are also a co-inventor on three U.S. patents related to automotive sensor applications. Alan studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Rhode Island.
