Ashley Seto

Ashley Seto, MBA, is an accomplished Global Talent Leader with extensive experience in human resources and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Notable roles include Director of Global Talent and D&I Programs at iRobot, where Ashley led HR strategies for global marketing and product divisions, and Sr. HR Manager at New Balance, where Ashley implemented talent management systems. Previous positions also include roles at EMC and RSA, where Ashley developed leadership programs and managed HR operations.
