Thirunavukkarasu Palaniswamy is an accomplished digital director with extensive experience in e-commerce and IT solutions. Currently serving as the Digital Director for CRM and eCommerce Order Management at iRobot since May 2021, Thirunavukkarasu orchestrated a Cloud-based solution across 12 countries, enhancing operations through agile methodology. Previously, as IT Application Development Manager at United Airlines, Thirunavukkarasu transformed a legacy system into Oracle EPM Cloud, significantly improving flight profitability capabilities. Thirunavukkarasu also played a critical role at Motorola Mobility, leading the convergence of eCommerce and supply chain functions, and designing eCommerce platforms across multiple regions.
