Misha Lepetic's work experience includes various roles in different organizations.

From 2022 to the present, they are the Co-Founder & CTO of Iroko Analytics. The company develops carbon and biodiversity offset projects in the Congo Basin, targeting ESG funds and Fortune500 companies committed to net zero.

In 2020, Misha co-founded Project Canopy, a non-profit that provides environmental intelligence for the Congo Basin rainforest. The platform gathers data to identify threats and conservation opportunities for decision-makers.

From 2018 to 2020, Misha pursued independent Python studies, focusing on algorithms and data structures.

In 2018, they worked as a Business Analyst at Hachette Book Group, performing end-to-end business process analysis and creating processes and templates for an upcoming system upgrade.

In 2016, Misha designed a knowledge management platform for the United Nations Democracy Fund, capturing untapped knowledge from evaluation reports.

In 2016, they also worked as a Researcher/Writer for D4 Technologies, where they wrote a white paper on knowledge management opportunities and challenges in the big data space.

From 2013 to 2014, Misha was a Project Manager at Nielsen, leading the redesign of the internal learning technology platform for all employees.

In 2012, they worked as a Project Management and Business Analytics Consultant at Pfizer, conducting business analysis and redesign, requirements gathering, and interface design for multiple projects.

Misha also had short-term consulting roles as a Grant Writer for Human Rights Watch in 2012 and as a Consulting Fellow for chambers design, inc in 2011.

Misha Lepetic pursued their education with diligence, starting with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Swarthmore College. Misha dedicated himself to their studies from 1989 to 1994. Later, Misha Lepetic enrolled at Columbia University, where they completed an Executive Master of Science degree in Technology Management between 2006 and 2008.
