Alyssa Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Alyssa began their career at QinetiQ North America in 2005, where they held various roles. These included an Administrative Assistant position from November 2005 to June 2008, where they provided support in travel expense reports and invoicing. Alyssa then worked as a Program Control Analyst from June 2008 to November 2010, providing program and project management support. Alyssa later became a Task Supervisor from November 2010 to August 2013, directly working with the Deputy Program Manager on a $100M Department of State (DOS) contract, coordinating efforts among multiple stakeholders.
In 2013, Alyssa joined Iron Bow Technologies as a Business Analyst, a role they held until May 2019. During this time, they contributed to the coordination of the daily operations of a multi-year contract with DOS, involving the deployment of telephony systems. Alyssa then took on the position of Service Contracts Manager from May 2019 to March 2020, before being promoted to Inside Sales Manager, a role they currently hold.
Alyssa Smith attended Christopher Newport University from 2000 to 2004, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
