Jon Moore has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Jon started their career at the City of Renton in 2001 as a Helpdesk technician, where they actively managed surplus inventory and developed installation documentation for various applications. In 2005, Jon worked at Microsoft as a Microsoft Sales Information Agent, effectively communicating licensing and product information to customers and assisting them in finding suitable technology solutions. Later, they joined NAES Corporation in 2007 as a System Administrator and Service Desk Technician, where they maintained workstations, troubleshooted complex problems, and handled backup drives for offsite transfer. Since 2017, Jon has been working as a Systems Administrator at Iron Bow Technologies.

Jon Moore earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from Renton Technical College in 2003. Jon then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, starting in 2015 and is currently pursuing or has completed the degree. In terms of certifications, Jon holds multiple certifications in various fields. Jon obtained the A+ certification from CompTIA in 2003 and again in 2013. In 2006, they obtained the Certified Desktop Support Technician (XP) and Certified Professional certifications from Microsoft. Jon also holds certifications such as Network+ 2014, Security+ 2013, Certified IT Professional (2013), Web Design Specialist (2014), Web Foundations Associate (2012), Certified Solutions Associate (Win 7) (2012), and Certified Technology Specialist (2010), all from various institutions.
