Richard W. Hartman III

Richard serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Iron Bow, has oversight of all legal and contractual matters and is Iron Bow’s Chief Compliance Officer.

An accomplished attorney, Richard brings over a decade of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel for a large IT and government contractor. A seasoned and trusted advisor, Richard has extensive experience providing contractual and legal guidance in all aspects of business, government and commercial contracting, leading successful negotiations and personnel management.

Richard is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Contract Management Association and the Society of Human Resource Management.

Richard holds a J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law and a B.B.A. in Business Management from Radford University.
