Sean Rapp

Sean Rapp has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sean began their career in 2012 as a Counselor at Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern California, where they provided guidance and leadership to individuals with special needs. In 2013, they worked as an Out & About Summer Camp Instructor at Imagine!, where they supported young adults with special needs and disabilities. Sean then worked as a SafeRide Driver at Colorado College from 2014 to 2016, ensuring the safety of students during adverse weather conditions.

In 2016, Sean joined the State of Colorado as a Senate Services Clerk in the Colorado General Assembly, where they provided tours and assisted constituents in contacting their representatives. Sean then worked as a Retail Sales Associate at evo in 2017, gaining sales and customer service skills. From 2019 to 2022, Sean served as a Warehouse Logistics Manager at BC Surf and Sport, where they trained new employees and handled inventory and operational procedures.

In 2022, Sean transitioned to the education sector as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Boulder Valley School District. In this role, they instructed students with Autism spectrum disorders, communicated with faculty and parents, and supported students' educational goals.

Currently, Sean is working as a Sales Development Representative at Iron Bow Technologies. Sean is responsible for generating sales leads and building relationships with potential clients.

Throughout their diverse work experience, Sean has demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, multitasking, and providing personal care and support to individuals with special needs.

Sean Rapp attended Mountain View High School from 2008 to 2012. Sean then pursued a Bachelor's degree in English from Colorado College, specializing in Creative Writing, English Language and Literature, General, from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their academic education, Sean obtained certifications in Networking Basics from Cisco in July 2023, HubSpot Sales Software and Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy in February 2023, and Teacher Of English To Speakers Of Other Languages (TEFL) from ITTT - International TEFL & TESOL training in June 2021.
