Mike Schwarz

Mike Schwarz is an experienced Enterprise Business Agility Coach and Principal Owner at Creative Buffalo Consulting Group, where the focus is on achieving business agility at scale. In addition to this role, Mike co-owns Iron Buffalo Holdings, a 24-hour Medium and Heavy Duty Diesel Repair Shop. Previous positions include Delivery Manager and Enterprise Agile Coach at Cprime, Inc., and Director of the Agile Center of Excellence at Oracle Data Cloud, where Mike supported marketing through Data as a Service. Additional experience includes Vice President of Product Development at TantaComm, Head of IT Application Development at Gogo, and several technology consulting roles at Perficient and Sun Microsystems. Mike holds an MS in Engineering & Telecommunications and a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder.
