Kevin Barry

Kevin Barry is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Since April 2019, Kevin has served as the Human Resources Director at Iron Heart Canning Company, where responsibilities include implementing new software systems and creating a virtual onboarding experience for over 180 employees across 17 states. Prior to this role, Kevin was the Human Resources Manager at Connection from November 2015 to April 2019, supporting more than 240 employees in various departments. Kevin also held Human Resources Manager positions at Bass Pro Shops and Price Chopper, focusing on HR compliance, recruitment, staff development, and the administration of benefits and payroll. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Newbury College, earned in 2007.
