Damian Naylor

Damian Naylor currently serves as Vice President of Digital Operations for the Asia-Pacific region at Iron Mountain, a global leader in storage and information management services, since December 2023. Prior to this role, Damian was Head of Customer & Commercial at Decipha, a division of Australia Post, from April 2017 to August 2023, focusing on performance maximization and customer relationship strengthening. Damian's experience also includes positions as National Professional Services Manager and Product Director at Converga Pty Ltd, where responsibilities involved enhancing operational efficiencies and leading integration strategies. Earlier roles included Project Manager at Converga, Account Manager at Datam, and Industry Supervisor at G4S, along with sales positions at Rocket Software and SAS Institute. Damian holds educational credentials from Swinburne University of Technology and WelTec.
