Jacquelyn "Lynne" Washington, CMP, CED is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in experiential marketing and event management. Currently serving as the Sr. Experiential Marketing Manager in Customer Marketing at Iron Mountain since March 2005, Washington has successfully directed marketing initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies, focused on customer retention and loyalty. Past roles include the manager of event marketing across multiple teams and programs, providing strategic leadership and expertise to enhance operational efficiency and achieve revenue goals. Prior to Iron Mountain, Washington worked at Conventional Technology, Inc. as a Sr. Consultant in event marketing and customer insight, and at SAP as a National Events Manager. Washington holds a diploma in Systematic Theology from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary and a degree from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
