Justin Hampton has over eight years of experience in legal operations and research management, currently serving as the Director of Legal Operations at Iron Mountain since September 2015. In this role, Justin oversees legal research operations, ensuring quality delivery of legal requirements across global jurisdictions and approving law firm research fees on a global scale. Prior experience includes positions as Research Business Operations Manager and Legal Research Analyst/Team Manager at Iron Mountain, where Justin managed legal research analysts and data for multiple jurisdictions. Earlier roles include serving as a Student Representative at Valparaiso University School of Law Tax Clinic, where Justin assisted clients with tax controversies, and as Lt. Governor of VITA Programs for the American Bar Association, managing volunteer tax assistance programs. Justin's legal career began as a Legal Assistant at Hulse-Lacey Law Offices, where essential legal documents were prepared and researched. Justin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Ball State University.
