Bill Novomisle

Bill Novomisle is currently serving as the Director of Global Legal Operations at Bunge since March 2025. Prior to this role, Bill worked as an Independent Consultant from April 2024 to April 2025 and held the position of Senior Vice President of Legal Operations at Cresco Labs from October 2020 to April 2024. At Cresco Labs, Bill was responsible for legal service delivery, legal technology implementation, financial management of legal services, and talent development. Bill also served as Managing Consultant for Process & Technology at KorumLegal from April 2018 to September 2020, where innovative legal solutions were a primary focus. Before that, Bill founded In-Gear Legalytics, specializing in contract management. Bill Novomisle holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an A.B. in Chemistry from Dartmouth College.
