Marcin Skrzypczak

Marcin Skrzypczak has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Head of RM Operations - Senior Director for the Northern Europe Cluster at Iron Mountain since January 2015, overseeing operations across multiple countries including Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Marcin held various positions within Iron Mountain, such as Operations Director for Poland & Nordics and Regional Operations Manager. Marcin's career also includes significant roles at Konsalnet Cash Management, where the position of Cash Distribution Center Manager was held, and at Straight Doradztwo Personalne and Gi Worker, where roles included Business Development Manager and Branch Manager respectively. Academic achievements include an Executive MBA from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and a degree from the University of Wroclaw.
