Marek Kulgajuk

Marek Kulgajuk serves as the Digital Operations Director for Northern Europe at Iron Mountain, overseeing digital operations across nine countries and managing a team of over 500 employees while driving revenues exceeding $35 million. With a strong background in digital operations, Marek previously held leadership roles at Iron Mountain, including Head of Digital Operations for Poland, and has extensive experience in sales administration and marketing from his tenure at Mettler-Toledo Shared Business Center. Marek's career includes significant accomplishments at Medtronic and Alcatel-Lucent, where Marek successfully enhanced productivity, implemented automation programs, and developed teams towards achieving operational excellence. Marek holds a Master's degree in Print-Media-Management from Stuttgart Media University.
