Nicola Bowsher

Nicola Bowsher is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Global HR Program and Enablement at Iron Mountain since April 2020. Nicola has led HR teams in various capacities, including HR Change Professional focusing on Emerging Markets and HR Geography Solution Partner on transformational initiatives. Prior experience includes over five years at The HEINEKEN Company as Head of HR Change and Operations, overseeing operational services across the UK, and leading HR governance and change at Sainsbury's Bank during its transformation into a standalone entity. Earlier roles include Process Governance Lead at Lloyds Banking Group, Process & Data Quality Manager, and Programme Office Manager at HBOS, along with foundational experience as Training Manager and HR Change Manager at the same company.
