Sabrina Melo

Sabrina Melo is an experienced professional with a focus on operations support and strategy, particularly in the Latin American region. Since August 2016, Sabrina has served as the Director of Operations Support and Strategy for Latam at Iron Mountain, where leadership of innovation programs and oversight of Quality and Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma) have been key responsibilities, along with operational metrics and systems support across Brazil. Prior to this role, Sabrina was the Latin America Excellence Manager at Iron Mountain, leading similar initiatives across multiple countries including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. Sabrina's career began in 2006 at Recall, where roles included Regional Quality Leader for Business & Process Improvement and Supervisor for Corporate Accounts Consulting, overseeing a team dedicated to effective document management solutions for clients in various sectors. Sabrina holds a degree in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and an earlier degree from Centro Universitário FIEO.
