Shane Guan

Shane Guan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership and real estate services across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial at Iron Mountain China since February 2021, Shane has previously held prominent positions such as Business Unit Head for FinTech at 世邦魏理仕 and Regional Group Account Director at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included managing a large services team and regional accounts. Shane's earlier roles include Asset Manager at Ingersoll Rand and Account Manager at 仲量联行, showcasing a strong foundation in real estate portfolio management and transition. Shane holds a PgDip in Finance from Massey University, a BProp in Property from The University of Auckland, and has completed leadership programs in Artificial Intelligence at Stanford University.
