Uday Haral

Uday Haral is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and process improvement, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Global Process Improvement & Productivity at Iron Mountain since November 2020. Prior roles include Global Director of Enterprise Business Process Improvement and Senior Quality Manager at GE, as well as a series of senior management positions at GE Power and Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. Uday began a career in quality assurance at Yamaha Motor Corporation, where responsibilities spanned various engineering and management roles. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Uday has also undertaken independent coursework in European Management at Maastricht University.
