Yuhan (Stella) Ma is an accomplished commercial lawyer with over 10 years of experience as a legal consultant in top law firms and industries, specializing in M&A, corporate governance, and data privacy. Previously, they served as Legal Counsel at Midea Group, supporting various business units across Europe and Asia, and have also worked at YSQ International and as an Associate Lawyer at 锦天城律师事务所. Yuhan is currently a Legal Counsel at Iron Mountain while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Interpreting and a Bachelor of Laws from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, along with a Master of Laws from the University of Bristol. They possess native fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese and have a strong background in international relations from experiences in China, the UK, Singapore, and the US.
