Saleha has nearly 20 years of industry experience in New York, London and the Middle East, bringing a broad range of experience in alternative investment strategies and various aspects of fund selection, fund marketing and capital placements.
Prior to founding Capital Advisory Group at Kyte Group where she focus is advising global Hedge Funds, VCs, and regional Institutional Investors, Ms. Osmani served as Managing Director and Head of Cap Intro and Prime Brokerage Sales for the Middle East at Societe Generale. Previously a buy-side fund-of-funds analyst, Ms. Osmani joined Calyon Financial in 2007 as Head of Capital Introductions and Investor Relations for the MENA region. Following Calyon’s merger with Fimat to form Newedge, Osmani moved to Dubai in 2008 to help establish the firm’s initial UAE office. In 2014, following the integration of Newedge into Societe Generale, her responsibilities were expanded to include Global Markets Sales to Sovereign Wealth Funds. In 2016, Osmani moved to Abu Dhabi in order to run Societe Generale’s Abu Dhabi office and focus on expanding regional relationships.
Ms. Osmani is a past recipient of the Alternative Investment Management group’s award for ‘Best Capital Introduction Specialist’ and was named one of 50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds globally by The Hedge Fund Journal. In addition, she currently chairs the Middle East chapter of 100 Women in Finance, which she founded in 2015, and has served in the past as an executive committee member of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA)’s Middle East chapter.
Ms. Osmani earned a Masters degree in global diplomacy from School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
