Regan Pun began their career in 2016 as a Support Engineer at Dia-Stron, a leading manufacturer of automated measurement systems. In 2022, they joined Iron Software as a Software Support Engineer, where they produce software libraries for C#/.NET engineers working with PDFs, OCR, Excel, QR & barcodes, and data scraping. Iron Software is trusted by single developers, start-ups, and engineers at NASA, Lego, the US State Department, and more.

Regan Pun obtained three certifications in October 2012: NCFE Level 1 Key Skills in Application of Numbers, NCFE Level 1 Key Skills in Communication, and NCFE Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Spectator Safety. From 2013 to 2016, they attended the University of Reading and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic Engineering.
