Lou Noble is the current Head of Professional Services at Iron Systems. Prior to this, Lou was with Service Global, Inc. as the Sr Director of Operations - Data Center. Lou has also worked with Milestone Technologies, Inc. and Cisco in various capacities.

At Cisco, Lou was recruited to orchestrate and support IT Projects including oversight of third party vendors, planning, budget management, process re-evaluation, project scheduling, web content, database administration and data integrity. As Program/Project Manager, Lou was responsible for acting as business liaison for systems solutions and collaborating with e-solutions team and IT to support changes.

Some notable accomplishments during Lou's time at Cisco include saving the company over $250,000 a year by re-structuring the engineering team and IT team into one team, and developing the Client Assisted Moves (CAM) process which enabled clients to take ownership of disconnecting and moving equipment within a building while realizing significant savings for Cisco.

Through consistent project delivery on time and under budget, as well as developing reporting tools that empowered senior management with information for budgeting and planning purposes, Lou forged solid working relationships with vendors that yielded superior support and continuously improving service levels.

After Cisco, Lou joined Milestone Technologies, Inc. where they continued to utilize their excellent communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships with vendors that yielded valuable deals and incentives. As Sr Director of Operations - Data Center, Lou was responsible for overseeing all aspects of data center operations including budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, SLAs, performance management, change management, security, compliance, and business continuity.

During their time at Milestone Technologies, Inc., Lou successfully implemented multiple process improvements that increased efficiencies and effectiveness across the organization. Lou also played a key role in developing Milestone's disaster recovery plan which included implementing a new SAN storage array and upgrading the backup infrastructure. These upgrades resulted in a significant reduction in backup times as well as an increase in data protection.

Lou Noble has a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Her field is IT Business Management.

They are on a team with Thanky Sebastian - Head of Customer Experience, Vijay Viswanathan - General Manager & VP of Sales, and Harvey Bath - CFO. Their manager is Billy Bath, President & CEO.
