Thanky Sebastian is the Head of Customer Experience at Iron Systems. Thanky has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in delivery and project management. Thanky has spent the last six years at Wipro Limited, where they were responsible for managing the delivery of End User Engineering and Managed Services Delivery Lead projects, as well as work place transformation and migration projects for selected accounts. Thanky is also experienced in account on-boarding, CSAT, and driving account growth.

Before joining Wipro Limited, Thanky worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for ten years, where they started as a Project Lead and eventually became a Manager. During their time at HPE, Thanky managed Imaging Engineering, Application Packaging, Virtualization, Software Distribution, Patch Management, Windows 10, Windows 10 Migrations, SCCM, Nexthink and 1E solution.

Thanky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University.

Thanky Sebastian has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bharathiar University in Information Technology Project Management, a Master of Computer Applications - MCA from Dr.G.R.Damodaran College of Science in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science from University of Calicut in Mathematics. Thanky also has certification from EXIN in ITIL, Wipro Limited in PGMP, Wipro in PMCP, Project Management Institute in PMP, Wipro in SCRUM Master Foundation, and Wipro in Wipro Learning Champion.

They work with Bob Sidhu - Chief Global Service Operations, Shan Pandian - Head of Global Service Delivery, and Lou Noble - Head of Professional Services. Their manager is Billy Bath, President & CEO.
