Elaine Brogan serves as the Head of Investment Governance at Ironbark Asset Management since April 2022, overseeing the management and due diligence of investment managers for managed accounts and funds. Previously, Elaine was a Senior Manager of Investment Governance at BT Investment Solutions from September 2016 to April 2022, leading operational due diligence on investment managers and head of the investment manager monitoring program. Elaine's earlier roles at BT Financial Group included Investment Governance Manager, Senior Research Manager, and Senior Research Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from managing governance committees to advising senior leadership and monitoring the Approved Product List. Prior experience includes roles at ING DIRECT Australia as a Research Analyst in Product Development and Investment Information. Elaine holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from FINSIA, and a Certificate of People Leadership Development from UNSW Business School.
