Paola Pacheco

Paola Pacheco has a solid work experience history in the field of recruiting. Paola started their career in 2008 as a Talent Recruiter at Talento, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, Paola joined NGA Human Resources as a Gerente de reclutamiento, and they held this position until 2016. During their tenure at NGA Human Resources, they also worked at Talent2 as a Lider de reclutamiento from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, Paola joined IRONBIT - DIGITAL EXPERIENCES as the Head of Recruiting. Overall, Paola has demonstrated their expertise and dedication to recruiting in various roles and has accumulated valuable experience in the field.

Paola Pacheco has a diverse educational background in the field of Human Resources and Psychology. Paola first pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 2002 to 2007. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Services from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, Paola completed a Diploma program in Human Resource Management/Administration at the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
