Pooja T.

Pooja T. has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of People at Ironclad Environmental Solutions starting in October 2022. Before that, they were the HR Director for the Tank & Pump Division of Mobile Mini Tank + Pump Solutions from January 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Global HR Advisor at ExxonMobil from January 2019 to October 2020. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Global HR Director and HR Manager at CGG, where they provided HR leadership and support to senior management teams in different regions. Additionally, they also have experience in talent acquisition as the Manager Talent Acquisition, Western Hemisphere at CGG.

Pooja T. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in the years 1999 to 2002. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Rice University from 2006 to 2008, specializing in Organizational Behavior Studies. In 2023 and 2024, Pooja attended The Wharton School, where they completed a Chief Human Resources Program focusing on Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, Pooja holds a certification as a Hay Group 360 Feedback Certified from Hay Group.
