Rachael Swingle, PMP, CDFM, is a Financial Analyst with extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and data integrity across multiple sectors. Since July 2014, Rachael has been with Ironclad Technology Services. Previously, Rachael worked for the United States Department of Defense from June 2008 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing financial systems, developing operating budgets for the Navy Reserve, and completing comprehensive training rotations within the Department of Navy. Earlier roles included positions at Dell, H.J. Heinz Company, and Tailored Marketing Inc. Rachael holds an M.B.A. and a Master Certificate in Federal Financial Management from Colorado State University and Graduate School USA, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
