Helen Wang

Helen Wang is the current Chief Financial Officer at Ironclad. Prior to their current role, Helen served as the CFO for Global Payments at eBay from January 2014 to December 2021. From January 2011 to December 2011, they were an intern in the Special Situations Group at Harvard Management Company. From January 2012 to December 2014, they served as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Rothschild. And finally, from January 2005 to December 2010, they were an Associate of Mergers & Acquisitions at Rothschild.

Helen Wang graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with a BS in Finance and International Business. Helen then went on to get their MBA from Harvard Business School.

They work with Ambrosia Vertesi - Chief People Officer, Leslie Henthorn - Chief Marketing Officer, and Wyeth Goodenough - Chief Customer Officer. Helen Wang reports to Jason Boehmig, Co-Founder & CEO.
