Katie Rusteen

Katie Rusteen is currently the Senior Director, People Partners at Ironclad. Prior to their current role, Katie held positions as the Director of People at Salesforce and Slack respectively. Katie also has experience in talent partnership at Airbnb, HR business partnering at Lyft and Twitter, and recruiting/HR at Linden Lab. Before transitioning into the tech industry, Katie worked as a high school teacher at Santa Barbara High. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's degree in Education.
