Lindsay Field

Lindsay Field currently serves as Chief of Staff to the President and Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer at Ironclad, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsay held the Revenue Strategy position at LaunchDarkly from January 2022 to December 2023. Lindsay’s experience extends to PwC, where various roles included Customer Transformation, Sales Strategy & Innovation, and Senior Client Strategist in Marketing & Sales from June 2014 to January 2022. Between 2012 and 2017, Lindsay owned Field & Field, a company specializing in equestrian-inspired leather goods. Additionally, Lindsay operated L. Field Consulting, LLC from January 2007 to December 2015 and served as Assistant Director of Marketing for Leeds School of Business MBA Programs at the University of Colorado at Boulder from 2009 to July 2011. Academically, Lindsay holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, an MFA in Writing from Emerson College, and a BS in Marketing from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
