Mel Restori

Mel Restori is an accomplished analytics professional with extensive experience in analytics engineering, data science, and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Sr. Staff Analytics Engineer at Ironclad since September 2025, Mel previously held leadership roles such as Director of Data Platform and Product Analytics at ClickUp and Director of Analytics and Analytics Engineering at both Trove and Khan Academy. Mel's consultancy work since January 2018 has involved collaborating with various tech startups to enhance their data strategies. With prior experience at Udemy and Delta Air Lines, Mel has consistently focused on driving data-informed decision-making, building effective analytics teams, and implementing robust processes for organizational success. Mel holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and Arizona State University, respectively.
