Thaddeus C is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support management. Currently serving as Senior Technical Support Manager and Customer Success Manager at Ironclad since May 2019, Thaddeus has a proven track record in enhancing client relations across various roles. Prior experience includes positions as Customer Success Manager at GitHub, Client Services Manager at Fidelity National Information Services, and DJ at Reason to Celebrate. Thaddeus also held multiple roles in customer service and support, including Customer Support Lead at Peel and Specialist/Expert at Apple. Thaddeus obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC San Diego, having also attended San Diego Mesa College.
