Bob Wall

Bob Wall is the CTO and Editor at IronCore Labs. Bob has over fifteen years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on cloud-based applications. Bob began their career as a software engineer at RightNow Technologies, where they worked on a number of different pieces of the RightNow application, a multi-tenant cloud-based Customer Experience suite. Bob then moved to Oracle, where they served as the chief architect for the Oracle Service Cloud, a multitenant SaaS Customer Experience application. In their current role at IronCore Labs, Bob is responsible for overseeing the technical direction of the company and its products.

Bob Wall earned a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman. Bob also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman. Bob has certifications from Coursera in Functional Programming Principles in Scala and Natural Language Processing.
