Samantha Bailey

Samantha Bailey has a diverse work experience in various industries. Samantha started their career as a Project Coordinator at Total Communications Infrastructure (TCI) in 2004. Samantha then worked as a Client Relationship Manager at SageSecure, LLC from 2005 to 2007, where they managed client relationships and drove new business initiatives.

From 2007 to 2012, Samantha worked at Interbrand. Samantha first served as a Senior Project Manager, managing a digital brand management project for AT&T. Samantha then became an Associate Director, Client Management, leading the digital group and strategically driving project delivery and client services in the UK and Europe.

In 2012, Samantha joined Squiz as a Business Manager. Here, they oversaw project delivery and managed a cross-functional team of professionals involved in digital transformation and web solution creation.

Following their tenure at Squiz, Samantha worked independently as an Independent Business and Project Consultant from 2015 to 2016. Samantha supported multiple organizations in implementing IT and process change through project management and consultancy expertise.

Since 2016, Samantha has been working at Ironfish. Samantha first served as an Operations Manager, where they developed and implemented organizational strategies and policies to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services. Currently, Samantha is serving as the Head of Operations, overseeing key functions of the business and developing strategic operational plans and initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Throughout their career, Samantha has gained experience in project management, leadership, client management, and business development.

Samantha Bailey attended the University of Sydney from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations (Honours). In 2005, they enrolled in the University of Cambridge and completed a Certificate in International Business Practice.
