Darlene Burton

Darlene Burton, MA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Plexos Group, LLC, managing human resources and employee relations for large infrastructure, construction, and disaster recovery projects since February 2018. Darlene has also taken on the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at IronGate Cybersecurity LLC since September 2023, previously holding the position of Vice President of Human Resources at CB&I from April 2013 to February 2018. Darlene's career includes various roles at Shaw Environmental, Inc. and The Shaw Group, beginning as a Human Resources Coordinator in February 2006. Darlene holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southern University and A&M College and a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University.
