Adrià Baqués Garcia

Adrià Baqués Garcia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adrià began their career as an Accounting Assistant at GABINET VALLRIBERA - BAQUÉS I ASSOCIATS in 2011. Adrià then worked as an Audit Intern at Deloitte in 2012 before co-founding Kloz in 2015. Adrià later joined Rakuten and served as a Finance Intern, Finance Analyst/Controller, and European Project Manager/Business Analyst from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they joined eDreams ODIGEO as a Business Operations Manager, and later as a Global Strategic Insights Manager until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Adrià held various positions at Ironhack, including General Manager Barcelona, Global Head of Sales, and Global Director of Operations. Currently, they work at Ironhack as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing Operations, Finance, and Sales. Adrià has also been involved with Twenix as an Advisor and Investor since 2019, and Conector Startup Accelerator as a mentor since 2019 as well.

Adrià Baqués Garcia completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Esade in 2013. In 2014, they pursued a Master of Science in Finance degree at the same institution. Additionally, in 2012, Adrià participated in a Business Administration exchange program at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Adrià also completed a study tour on Doing Business in China at Peking University HSBC Business School in 2014.
