Montse Louredo

Montse Louredo is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and enterprise delivery management, having served as Head of Enterprise Delivery at Ironhack from May 2021 to August 2024, where an organization was scaled threefold while mentoring over 15 practitioners and significantly reducing 'time to kickoff' by 70%. Previous roles include managing multistakeholder programs as an Enterprise Delivery Manager at Ironhack, a Junior Project and Product Manager at Teamy, a Data Operations Specialist at CASAFARI, and various positions at Uniplaces and Hotusa focused on key account management and customer support.
