Katja Sertl is a seasoned professional in digital marketing and coaching, currently serving as a Digital Marketing Account Manager at Ironmark – An Image Company since February 2023. With extensive experience in the sailing industry, Katja has been an Assistant Sailing Coach at the University of Pennsylvania since March 2019 and previously held the position of Digital Marketing Manager at Conanicut Island Sailing Foundation from November 2022 to January 2024. Prior to this, Katja worked as a Digital Content Manager at North Sails from June 2021 to January 2023, and as a Marketing Coordinator and Customer Service Manager at Lynbrook Of Annapolis Inc. from October 2018 to February 2021. Katja's career began at Annapolis Yacht Club, where responsibilities included serving as Program Manager from September 2016 to October 2018. Katja holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Boston College, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
