Inoshi Herath

Inoshi Herath has extensive experience in the field of business analysis. Inoshi began their career as a Trainee Business Analyst at SasiaNet Pvt. Ltd. in November 2016, where they gained valuable experience in analyzing business processes. In February 2017, Inoshi briefly worked as an Operations Manager at TinyHop, where they honed their management skills.

In October 2017, they joined Pristine Solutions (Pvt) Ltd as a Business Analyst. During their time there, they contributed to the analysis and improvement of business processes until March 2019. In March 2019, Inoshi moved to WebQuarters®, where they continued to showcase their expertise as a Business Analyst until April 2020.

In May 2020, Inoshi joined Dialog Axiata PLC as a Senior Business Analyst and played a key role in analyzing and implementing business strategies. Inoshi remained with the company until March 2023.

Currently, Inoshi holds the position of Senior Business Analyst at IronOne Technologies LLC, where they started in March 2023. In this role, they utilize their extensive experience and knowledge to support business decision-making processes.

Throughout their career, Inoshi Herath has consistently demonstrated their proficiency in business analysis, effectively contributing to the success of various organizations.

Inoshi Herath pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specialized in Business Analytics from Cardiff Metropolitan University, starting in 2021 and completing in 2023. Inoshi completed their BSc Special (Hons) in Information Systems Engineering degree from SLIIT from 2013 to 2017. In addition, Inoshi Herath obtained an Advanced National Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka) from 2013 to 2015. Inoshi also obtained a certification in IFS Application 10 Essentials for Consultants from IFS in March 2020.
