David Ward

David Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consulting. Currently serving as Managing Partner for the South Region at Ironpeak since August 2005, David oversees the profitability and growth of the southern region for The Iroquois Group, managing a network of member agencies and a team of eight Regional Managers. Prior to this role, David held the position of Regional Vice President at Iroquois, where responsibilities included developing carrier relationships and managing six Regional Managers. Previously, David was the Principal at Ward Consulting Practice, advising clients in marketing, sales management, and strategic planning. David's earlier career includes a tenure as Director of Sales and Marketing at Coburg Dairy, leading a 100-person sales team, and a role as Director of Trade and Consumer Promotions at General Mills. David holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an AB with a double major in Economics and History from Hamilton College.
