John McCaleb is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development across various roles in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Ironpeak since May 2021, John McCaleb focuses on managing profitability and growth in the South Central Region by building strong relationships with insurance carriers and implementing revenue-maximizing strategies. Prior to this role, John McCaleb held multiple leadership positions at The Hartford, including Head of Strategic Partnerships for Small Commercial, where responsibilities encompassed nurturing technology-enabled growth opportunities. Additional roles at The Hartford and Liberty Mutual Insurance include oversight of alliances, national partnerships, and the management of relationships with significant agency partners, contributing to substantial revenue growth.
